We pride ourselves in guaranteeing your complete satisfaction with every purchase. You may request a Return Authorization for most products within 30 days from the original date of purchase for an exchange or for a full refund.
Return Exclusions and Exceptions
- All returns must be received by your local General Office Supply store in resalable condition with all original packaging materials, parts and accessories intact.
- Your General Office Supply local store reserves the right to deny any return, exchange or credit if a product is not in original/resalable condition.
- Merchandise should be inspected at time of delivery. Shipments received with any visible damage to the contents or packing materials should be noted on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. You may also choose to refuse a shipment with obvious damage. Damaged merchandise or incorrect shipment must be reported within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
Customers will receive a restocking charge for returns received after 30 days.

Special Order, Custom Items and Manufacturer Direct
Special and custom items are only returnable in the event of a manufacturers defect or incorrect shipment. These items include custom stamps, food, dated goods and items not normally stocked but special ordered from the manufacturer.
Drop Ship Orders
In the event a customer orders the incorrect item and wish to exchange or return that product, the freight costs associated with that transaction
will be absorbed by the customer. If an error is made due to an error by General Office Supply (example: shorted items or incorrectly filled items),
then we will correct the issue and absorb the freight at no charge to the customer.
